For our Procurement department we are looking for a self-driven and loyal Intern or Student Worker to support on various Procurement tasks. 

You’ll become an integrated part of the department and trusted with key tasks that may vary from day to day for which reason we expect you to be agile in your approach to your tasks.

You will join an international team that covers Offshore & Corporate Procurement and who will be fully committed to provide you the relevant tools you need to fulfill your task as a Student Worker.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Prepare RfQ (Request for Quotation) documentation incl.

    • Demand overview of various raw materials

    • Transparent price comparisons

    • Support in the creation of advanced negotiation concepts

    • Awarding documentation

  • External contact with suppliers regarding NDA, quotations & documentation

  • Update Master Data in SAP for direct blade materials

  • Update of Vendor Master in SAP

  • Ad hoc tasks within procurement


What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You are currently enrolled at an educational institution, preferably within the field of Economics or similar

  • You have completed at a minimum 2 years of your Bachelor or equivalent education

  • Extensive experience in Office 365 especially:

    • Excel (You will be provided an Excel task at the interview)

    • Power Point

  • You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, both orally and in writing

  • You are a team player but at the same time able to work independently

  • You are able to work 25 hours per week
