For our Global Training Excellence department, we are looking for a student worker to assist the Competence Managers with a variety of project management activities.
You will be part of a dedicated global team that leads development projects within learning and development targeted at site personnel across the globe.
About the role
You will work in global project teams consisting of highly skilled Subject Matter Experts ranging from technical experts, operational managers and training professionals. You will as a student worker in Training Excellence drive communication activities such as the Global Training Newsletter and internal news releases on Yammer.
You will assist in planning of international workshops, meeting arrangements and creating meeting minutes.
You will work with the development teams to secure validation of time, cost and quality of deliveries.
We are looking for a dedicated student worker who thrives in a hectic project organization. You possess the ability to keep calm, you are a quick learner and you know that the details matter.
You are passionate about getting the message across to our stakeholders and customers. You know how to balance storytelling and fact-based reporting. You are fluent in English and an experienced user of Microsoft Office tools. You have project management knowledge and are ready to gain firsthand experience.
In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
