Are you enrolled in a university programme, and are you contemplating a career in HR? Would you like to put your skills to the test on various tasks in an international company? Then a job as a student worker at Siemens Gamesa in Brande might be something for you.
The department consists of experienced and highly professional HR Business Partners and Consultants, delivering HR business support to all Siemens Gamesa business units in Denmark.
- Creating reports and handling personal data.
- Updating master data and organizational set-up.
- Assist HR Business Partners and Consultant/s with customized HR Forms using MS Office.
- Provide administrative support to all members of the HR Consultant department.
- Support and serve as backup for front desk.
- Maintain all HR records: employee files, applicant records, and compliance records.
- You are enrolled in a relevant higher education on Bachelor or Master level, preferably in Psychology, Business, Strategy, Law or HRM.
- You have a flair for IT and be an experienced user of the MS Office, particularly Excel.
- You are positive and contribute with your good sense of humor and energy.
- You are a dedicated team player, goal oriented, self-driven and well-structured.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
Note that the Student Worker will be working for 8 – 25 hours weekly, minimum two days a week. The precise working hours will be agreed.
