At Siemens Gamesa, we have an appetite for high performing individuals and we are currently on the hunt for an Intern to be part of our HR Business Consulting team in Brande. If you thrive in a fast-paced business environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and stretch your creativity and imagination, this is the role for you. 

The department consists of HR Business Partners and Consultants, delivering HR business support to all Siemens Gamesa business units in Denmark.  
 

About the role

  • Creating reports and handling personal data.  
  • Updating master data and organizational set-up.  
  • Coordinating and executing small task related to various HR activities.
  • Draft employment contracts and ensure system updates.  
  • Coordinate tasks and activities related to annual programs and other critical events. 
  • Various ad hoc tasks for the team.  

 

About you

You are enrolled in a relevant higher education on Bachelor or Master level, preferably in Psychology, Business, Strategy, Law or HRM. 
Also, demonstrates a flexible approach on working supportively with others in the achievement of the overall company goals. Furthermore, you are an advanced user of MS Office and have a flair for IT systems in general. 
You are a dedicated team player, goal oriented, self-driven and well-structured; and you possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, both orally and in writing. 

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
