Students hosting events for their classes, programmes or for student groups or organisations can borrow our rooms for free. We’ll handle the bar and the cleaning – all you need to bring is the guests and the party!
We need as much information about your event as possible. However, it is mandatory that you include the following: date of the event, expected duration of the event, anticipated number of participants, name, phone number and email address for a contact person of the event. Please note that the event must have a minimum of 50 participants.
All you have to do is to send an e-mail to event@studenterhusaarhus.dk. You are also welcome to contact our event manager, Jo Damsgaard-Sørensen, at +45 61605228. We’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as we can.
Stakladen Live is the live music venue of Studenterhus Aarhus. Since 1964, our venue has been a platform for both big and small concerts with artists like Grateful Dead, Wafande, and many more.Stakladen Live has two different stages: The Café and Stakladen. We’re interested in the up-and-coming artists, and our volunteers is the heart of our operations. We work with concepts that combine the musical experience with lectures and events, and we make sure to challenge our guests on a regular basis.
