Studenterhus Aarhus is a community of interdisciplinary bridge-builders, diverse and manifold. We have made it our business to strengthen and sustain the community among students, and we support students’ drive and entrepreneurship by creating a great variety of activities and projects in new, experimental, and inspiring ways. We are young, innovative, and unpolished, and we consider everyone equals – no matter who they are, and where they come from.

We develop talents, creativity, and skills in students.

Volunteering is an essential cornerstone of Studenterhus Aarhus. Our volunteers bring energy, creativity, and commitment, and they help shape and drive the organisation. We strengthen the community among students and support their initiative and desire to take action.

We build bridges to the business community.

Our partners include both private companies and public organisations. What they have in common with us is the understanding that students are the future and that skill development and a sustainable study environment for everyone are prerequisites for continued growth.

We collaborate with educational institutions in Aarhus.

Our community consists of students from all over the world and from all the different educational programs available in Aarhus. Our community is a meeting place for students from all higher education institutions in Aarhus, offering activities and opportunities for everyone, where ideas and inspiration can arise from encounters with the unknown, the unpolished, and the untouched, and where networks can be built across disciplines, organisations, and industries.

We work towards a sustainable student life.

In close collaboration with higher education institutions in Aarhus, the business community, and the local community, Studenterhus Aarhus contributes to realizing the potential for a sustainable student life

International

Studenterhus Aarhus is a meeting place for students from around the world who study in Aarhus for shorter or longer periods. Through a range of international projects, we work to bridge the gap between Danish and international students—both figuratively and literally by providing physical spaces for them to meet.
