WHAT IS IT?
Run for Friendship is a running club for everyone - from total beginners to the more advanced. The training is divided into teams based on skill level, so there will be challenges for both the beginners as well as the more advanced runners. We run every Tuesday and Thursday at 17.15, and the training is done in English.
Professional coaches will teach proper training- and running techniques, the goal being to participate in the BESTSELLER Aarhus City Half Marathon in June. Besides improving your physical fitness, we also meet outside the running club for social events during the year. Christmas Lunch, orientation runs and BBQ's are just some of the events we have to offer.
Besides getting you in better shape we are running to make friends and to make Aarhus more international. We are running across national borders.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE?
You can participate if you only ever run to catch the bus, or if you run multiple times a week. There is also injury training, for those who require it. The most important thing is not your physical fitness, you just have to be ready to have some fun.

FREE SUMMER TRAINING
During July and August we will only be running on Tuesdays and only with one or two coaches. But it will be free of charge. We run from our coaches office (see map in the menu).
